These Terms of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on our web site ("Enversage.co.uk").

The products purchased on Enversage.co.uk are directly sold by Enversage.

Our Business Policy

ENVERSAGE offers products for sale on Enversage.co.uk and its e-commerce business services are available exclusively to its end users, i.e. the "Consumers".

"Consumer" shall mean any individual who is acting for purposes, which are outside his or her trade, business or profession.  If you are not a Consumer, please do not buy any products on Enversage.co.uk.

ENVERSAGE reserve the right not to process orders received from users who are not "Consumers" and any other order which does not comply with ENVERSAGE's business policy.

These Terms of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of purchase orders relating to products on Enversage.co.uk between the users of Enversage.co.uk and ENVERSAGE.

How to Execute a Contract with ENVERSAGE

In order to place an order for the purchase of one or more products on Enversage.co.uk, you must fill out the electronic order form and send it electronically to ENVERSAGE, following the relevant instructions.

The order form contains information on the main characteristics of each product ordered and the relevant unit price (including all applicable fees and taxes), the type of payment that you may use in order to purchase each product, shipping terms for the purchased products, shipping and delivery costs and the terms and conditions for the return of purchased products.

An order shall be deemed to have been submitted upon the electronic receipt by ENVERSAGE of your order form.

Before submitting your order form for the purchase of products, you will be asked to carefully read the Terms of Sale, to print a copy through the print option and to save or reproduce a copy thereof for your own personal use.

The order form will be filed in our database for such a period of time required in order to process your order and as provided by law.  You may access your order form by clicking on the section called " Order Status".

Before placing the order form, you will be asked to identify and correct possible in-put errors.

The English language is offered for the execution of the contract with ENVERSAGE.

ENVERSAGE may not process purchase orders that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or which are incomplete or incorrect, or orders for products that are no longer available.  In the above cases, we shall inform you by e-mail that the contract has not been executed and that ENVERSAGE has not carried out your purchase order specifying the reasons thereof.

If the products displayed on Enversage.co.uk are no longer available at the time of your last access and once ENVERSAGE has received your order form, ENVERSAGE shall inform you within thirty (14) working days of receipt of your order of the unavailability of the ordered products.

If the order form has been sent and the price has been paid for items that are no longer available, ENVERSAGE will refund you the sum paid.

By submitting an order form and contracting with ENVERSAGE, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these Terms of Sale.  Should you not agree with certain provisions of these Terms of Sale, please do not submit your order form for the purchase of products on Enversage.co.uk.

Sending the order form, you confirm to acknowledge and accept these Terms of Sale as well as of the further conditions contained on Enversage.co.uk.

Upon submission of the order form, ENVERSAGE shall send to you, via e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information related to the order form. 

Warranties and Indication of Product Prices

On Enversage.co.uk, we offer for sale luxury and top-quality products.  These products are purchased by ENVERSAGE directly from fashion houses, manufacturers and dealers, carefully selected by stringent quality controls.

ENVERSAGE does not sell second-hand products, flawed products or products of lower quality as compared to the corresponding standards offered on the market.

The main characteristics of products are shown on enversage.co.uk inside each product schedule.  The products offered for sale on enversage.co.uk may not exactly correspond to the real garments in terms of image and colours because of the Internet browser or of the monitor used.

Prices are subject to change.  Check item prices before sending the relevant order form.

Orders from Countries not included among those displayed on the splash page cannot be accepted by ENVERSAGE.

All Products come with a White label attached.  Do not remove the label or relevant seal from the purchased products should you wish to return the purchased product.

Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, ENVERSAGE will not accept returned products that are returned without the relevant label or seal or that have been altered from their original status or damaged.

Returns

You may return products purchased from ENVERSAGE, without any penalty, however, specifying the reason on the return form, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the products purchased on Enversage.co.uk.

To return products you must use the return form.

In this case, you shall return and ENVERSAGE must receive the products within fourteen (14) days from the date on which products were received by you.

You can ship your returns to ENVERSAGE with a shipping service of your choice and the return shipping fee will be at your own expense.  Please verify that you have accurately completed and included with your parcel all the necessary documentation ie. Returns form.   ENVERSAGE therefore highly recommends that you choose a shipping service that permits you to trace it at any time, as you will be responsible for the products (whether it be loss or damage) till it reaches us.  Be sure that the type of shipping you choose guarantees the delivery of the parcel within the time frame of fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received your order.

The right of return - in addition to compliance with the terms and procedures described above - shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

• the return form must be correctly completed and sent to ENVERSAGE within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received your order;
• the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged (when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed);
• Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force;
• the white label must still be attached to the products;
• the products are returned in their original packaging;
• the returned products are sent to ENVERSAGE in a single delivery.  ENVERSAGE reserves the right not to accept returned products belonging to a single order that are returned at different times;
• ENVERSAGE must receive the goods within 14 days from the date of your receipt thereof.

If the return right is exercised in conformity with the provisions as set out above, ENVERSAGE shall refund the sums paid for the returned products, net of any shipping costs on the products purchased.

ENVERSAGE shall refund the sums already paid for the products purchased and the shipping costs for the delivery and return of the purchased products to you only if the products are returned for reasons that may be due to ENVERSAGE.

ENVERSAGE shall refund sums already paid as soon as possible and in any case within thirty (30) working days from the date on which ENVERSAGE receives your returned items.  We will promptly start the procedure for refunding the sums, after having confirmed that the terms and conditions stated above have been duly complied with.

In the event that your return does not comply with the terms and conditions as set out in these Terms of Sale, you will not be entitled to any refund of sums already paid to ENVERSAGE; nevertheless, you shall be entitled, at your own expense (including both shipping cost) to receive the products in the conditions in which they were sent back to ENVERSAGE.  If you do not wish to accept the products in the conditions in which they were sent back to ENVERSAGE, ENVERSAGE shall be entitled to keep the products and withhold the sums already received.

All promotional offers, e.g. free gifts, must be returned in their entirety.  Failure to do so may result in you being charged the full price for the items you keep.

Refund Times and Procedures

After the products have been returned, ENVERSAGE shall check the conformity of the products with the conditions as indicated above.  When ENVERSAGE is able to confirm that such conditions have been met, ENVERSAGE shall send you the relevant confirmation of acceptance of the returned products by e-mail.

Whatever the term of payment used by you, the refund procedure shall be started by ENVERSAGE within thirty (30) days from when ENVERSAGE receives your returned items, after checking that the returned products complies with our regulations.

If the recipient of the products, as placed in the order form, is different from the individual who made the payment for such products, the sums paid shall be refunded by ENVERSAGE to the individual who made the payment.

Govening Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by English law.

Amendments and updates

The Terms of Sale may be amended from time to time, in consideration of new laws and regulations but not limited thereto.  The new Terms of Sale shall be effective as of the date of publication on Enversage.co.uk.
