Payments

Payment of product prices and relevant shipping costs must be made by using one of the procedures indicated on the order form.

In case of payment by credit card, all details (for example, card number or expiration date) will be sent by encrypted protocol or to other banks which provide remote electronic payment services, without third parties having any access thereto whatsoever.  Such details will not be used by ENVERSAGE except for performing the procedure relevant to your purchase or issuing relevant refunds in the case of returns, in compliance with the exercise of your return right or for reporting cases or frauds to the police.

Please note that the price for the purchase of products and the relevant shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your current account immediately and not at the point at which your order is dispatched.

Conditions Of  Delivery

Whilst we ensure every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time-scale.  We cannot accept any liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

All our products are subject to stock availability.  If we cannot supply the goods within our specified time-scale, we will continue to deliver and inform you of any delay.

Delivery Charges

Recorded Delivery (Signed for) - Calculated on weight (size) of parcel, please note the following:

Small - £2.95

Medium - £3.95

Large - £4.95

**Please note: the cost of delivery will be calculated at checkout**

If you wish to make any amendments to your delivery address after your order has been placed, please advise customer care immediately at the following email address - info@enversage.co.uk.  Failure to do so, we will not be able to amend and will deliver to the delivery address stated on the order form.
