Return Policy
Our emphasis is on quality service and goods. It is of the highest importance that every item be checked before dispatch. If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact us on info@enversage.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. You may exercise your right to return purchased products within 14 days from the date on which you received them from Enversage.co.uk. The products must be received by ENVERSAGE within 14 days from the date of your receipt thereof. The products may be returned using the shipping agent of your choice.
Terms and Conditions of Return
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

The return form must be correctly completed and sent to ENVERSAGE within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received your order:

the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged (when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any make-up, perfume or any deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed);

Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.

the WHITE label (which states the Right of Return) must still be attached to the products;

the products are returned in their original packaging;

the returned products are sent to ENVERSAGE in a single delivery. ENVERSAGE reserves the right not to accept returned products belonging to a single order that are returned at different times;

ENVERSAGE must receive the goods within 14 days from the date of your receipt thereof.
If you have fulfilled all requirements as set out above, ENVERSAGE shall refund the entire price for the purchased products. Shipping costs as well as any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded. If the returned products cannot be accepted you will be notified of your failure to fulfil the conditions indicated above. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered to you at your expense (including shipping costs and all customs and duties). If you refuse the above delivery, ENVERSAGE reserves the right to retain the products and the sums paid for your purchase of the products.
Return Shipping
You can ship your returns to ENVERSAGE with a shipping service of your choice and the return shipping will be at your own expense. ENVERSAGE therefore highly recommends that you choose a shipping service that permits you to trace it at any time. Be sure that the type of shipping you choose guarantees the delivery of the parcel within the time frame from the date on which you received your order.

Refund Times and Procedures
After ENVERSAGE has received the returned products and checked the conformity of the products with all requirements, you will receive a notice of acceptance of the returned products by e-mail. Whatever the form of payment used by you (credit card), the refund procedure will start within 30 days from when ENVERSAGE learned of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once ENVERSAGE has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.
The time period for refunding the sums you paid for purchasing the products depends on the terms of payment used:
- purchase by credit card for purchasing products, the time period depends on the credit card, but the money is normally refunded after two bank statements have been issued.
In the case of gifts, the refund of the sums paid for purchases will be made to the individual who made the payment.
Refund Label
Attached to all products sold by ENVERSAGE is a WHITE (Rights of Return) label. Please try on the products without removing the label. Returned products without the label will not be accepted.

Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. Discount codes & vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
